A bit of history

I've had some lovely emails about the history of the pavilion since I last wrote - thank you! A couple of people managed to track down this great image of the Pratten's factory:

I think a few readers were intrigued by the Midsomer Norton address. Midsomer Murder fans I'm afraid there's no connection. Well, I don't think so anyway!

The carpenters are back this weekend so renovations will move on again. I'm counting down till I can find my paint roller out and finally get decorating. 

Last night Amelie went to her first bonfire party. We thought it might be over very quickly if she was scared, but no, when the fireworks stopped she shouted for more! Hope you're all having a great weekend too.
