Drawing without a Pencil
I love drawing in all its forms but when devising new workshops I know there are quite a few students who, unlike me, wouldn't relish sitting down in front of a subject and making an observational drawing with pencils. But that's OK, there are loads of ways to draw. Today's workshop was all about experimenting with media, tricks and techniques for recording subjects and ideas.
I was delighted to have some very willing students who were keen to try all that I suggested! Here's a small selection of the work they did...

Love these, just wish I could have been there.
ReplyDeleteWonderful results. I am in awe of the allium head. Like Lesley, I wish I could have been there. I think my husband is afraid if we traveled to England, I'd never leave. ;)
